Gymea United 1 – 3 Bundenna

What another disappointment, and it’s the same story, a really positive first half with us not taking our chances, with a second half where we continue to miss the target and allow lapses at the back. It is true that the ref could have given us the stonewall penalty, and not give them the freekick that lead to the 3rd goal, but it wouldn’t of mattered, we were second best after the break. The question is why? Well the first half was good and the coach had a good starting 11, but with only 2 subs and losing both of our Centro backs, what can he do. These two factors are core to the loss, Bundenna were more competitive and evidently fitter than us. So another loss, I am disappointed with my second half, but at least I managed 90 minutes.
